Pramod Kumar Tyagi brings experience across taxation, financial management, accounting, corporate governance and legal matters. His work has included leading finance and tax teams and working with senior management, including overseas parent-company management.
He served as Head of Taxation at SMS India Private Limited from October 2007 to March 2024, following finance roles at AVL India Pvt. Ltd. and Dass Hitachi Limited. Following his retirement in March 2024, he registered with the Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate in corporate law and taxation matters. He also serves as a director of multiple companies.
